Our little "wy-wy" (as he calls himself) just had his second birthday the other week. We celebrated with a beach trip on his bday. Then we celebrated more because we've had the good fortune of seeing various family members and grandparents lately! Desserts have been plentiful. Wyatt remains an avid fan of baseball ("baball") and he likes trains, police cars, monkeys, his siblings, and fruit ("fwuit"). He brings us so much laughter and joy. Also, rare moments of insanity. :) Couldn't imagine our family without him! Happy birthday little guy!
My sixth grade class has been working on persuasive essays this quarter, and one of their first assignments was to write a persuasive piece on what Mr. and Mrs. Dainty should name their baby! They worked in partners, and they got to choose either a girl's name or a boy's name. Their responses were quite interesting and they have certainly given us some chuckles.
